Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain a high standard of courtesy and cooperation in dealing with co-workers, patients, and visitors
- Ability to understand oral and written communications
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
- Related work in healthcare preferred

Job Duties
- Clean and disinfect patient care areas including restrooms, administrative areas, kitchens, cafeterias, and meeting rooms
- Follow guidelines for use and storage of cleaning solutions and hazardous chemicals
- Clean windows, furniture, air diffusers, grilles, doors, and entrances
- Remove and transport general and potentially infectious medical waste to disposal areas
- Maintain effective communication with Facilities staff and other departments
- Participate in huddles, meetings, and relevant departmental events
- Manage linen services including collection, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution while complying with standards and policies
