Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in nursing or healthcare
- ability to work full-time including every other weekend
- certification as a nursing assistant preferred
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to perform patient care tasks
- commitment to compassionate care

Job Duties
- Provide compassionate care to residents
- assist with rehabilitation and medical therapies
- support short-term respite care services
- deliver long-term nursing care to residents
- manage care for Alzheimer's and dementia patients
- coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide palliative and hospice care
- maintain patient dignity and confidentiality
