Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and bending
- Willingness to follow company safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- Basic reading writing and mathematical skills
- Effective communication in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain and manage up to four orders at one time
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments including vacuuming dusting and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators change bed linens turn mattresses as needed empty waste baskets in resident apartments
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments paying special attention to entry areas carpets plants pictures railings windows and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying in the provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests to serve beverages cereals and soups or salads from the cart
- Review the menu take resident orders serve meals and desserts courteously and clearly
- Return cart to kitchen assist with storing perishable items deliver trays to resident rooms if needed
- Bus and clear dishes from tables reset tables following proper sanitizing procedures vacuum carpets and complete side work
- May perform other duties as assigned or needed
