Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must have a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures

- must be willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled times
- must clock in and out for breaks at designated times
- must provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to follow established guidelines and procedures

- desire to provide exceptional hospitality and guest service
- age 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
- support all groups and events at the hotel
- demonstrate understanding of relevant technology for the role
- answer all incoming calls with friendly service and approved greeting
- keep all workspaces, both front and back of the house, clean and well-organized
- participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- greet every guest happily by name while cleaning
- complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- submit accurate shift handover reports for effective communication
- wear a clean, approved uniform, be well-groomed, and smile at all times
- communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- exhibit a willing, can-do attitude to meet business and guest needs
- collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
- complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and tools, attending morning meetings, and assisting with laundry
- thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- perform additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public spaces, guest laundry, and deep cleaning activities as assigned
- contribute to management performance ratings and guest satisfaction scores through quality work and teamwork
