- Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality experience a plus

- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

- Ability to work assigned schedule, including weekends if needed

Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments according to schedule and standards
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and shared spaces
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Support a positive, resident-centered environment
- Help ensure the community remains neat, attractive, and welcoming at all times
