Job Requirements

Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Desire to work with seniors required
Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as scheduled

Job Duties

Assure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner
Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways
Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure and state requirements
Use and maintain equipment properly, transport trash and hazardous waste to appropriate disposal area and replenish supplies as required
Follow all safety and cleaning protocols to ensure resident and staff safety
Support team members and communicate effectively with supervisors to maintain a healthy work environment
Adhere to schedules including flexible work hours, weekends and holidays as necessary
