Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to lift, carry, push and pull 50 pounds
- must be able to move about the facility quickly and be able to physically assist residents and/or staff in event of emergency
- must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for safety reasons and to properly, clearly, and compassionately communicate with residents, families, co-workers etc
- must have the ability to work rotating shifts as needed and to work at times, days or positions other than those scheduled
- must demonstrate compassion and caring toward seniors
- must demonstrate exemplary work ethics

Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean each resident apartment once a week as scheduled
- clean other areas of the community on a routine or as-needed basis as instructed
- vacuum, dust, and remove resident trash following company cleaning techniques and quality standards
- perform other duties as requested by the Executive Director or Supervisor
- engage with residents through friendly conversation to foster connection and goodwill
- assist residents and staff quickly in the event of an emergency
- maintain a positive and fun attitude while fulfilling job responsibilities
