Job Duties
- Clean resident and facility areas by scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other necessary items
- Foster a welcoming environment by engaging respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff
- Meet physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting
- Maintain organization and dependability while multitasking in a busy environment
- Demonstrate genuine care and support for elderly and disabled individuals
- Ensure all tasks comply with safety and health regulations
