Job Requirements
- ability to perform work tasks within the physical demand requirements that include sitting standing and walking for extended periods
- genuine care for and interest in elderly and handicapped people
- reliable and consistent attendance
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work cooperatively and politely with others
- effective multitasking skills
- ability to work in a stressful environment
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- clean building areas including bathrooms and bedrooms by scrubbing mopping buffing polishing dusting and disinfecting
- restock supplies including paper products and soap
- interact daily with residents visitors and other staff
