Job Duties
- Clean assigned resident homes and common community areas including cleaning and disinfecting washrooms, floors, and dusting
- deliver appropriate care of residents' belongings for cleaning, organizing, and storing
- execute timely cleaning duties following resident transfer, move out, or discharge to prepare rooms quickly for new occupants
- maintain an organized and stocked work cart with properly labeled and stored chemicals, locking the cart in common areas or when unattended
- follow cleaning practices for isolation rooms using appropriate infection control and isolation guidelines
- initiate requests for supplies and equipment needs to the supervisor
- ensure chemicals are correctly labeled and securely stored
