Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle work pace and pressure effectively

- Punctuality in clocking in and out for shifts and breaks
- Providing sufficient notice for call outs
- Physical ability to perform repetitive motions, bending, kneeling, climbing, balancing, crawling, lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work well under high-pressure, stressful situations
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Desire to serve guests with hospitality and excellent service
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use the guests’ names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Contribute to great guest satisfaction scores by working collaboratively
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support and be aware of all groups and events at the hotel
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized both front and back of the house
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as necessary
- Greet guests with hospitality while performing cleaning duties
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time each shift
- Provide accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform with nametag and maintain groomed appearance
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Exhibit a can-do attitude and willingness to go beyond traditional roles
- Collaborate with all team members to foster a positive workplace and welcoming environment
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and attending team meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Perform additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public areas, guest laundry, and deep cleaning as assigned
