Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for prolonged periods
- Willingness to cross train in laundry duties
- Ability to follow safety and health regulations
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to maintain resident confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
Job Duties
- Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned
- Cross train to back up Laundry Department when needed
- Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments
- Ensure that assigned work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive manor
- Adhere to all current regulations governing nursing facilities
- Develop a friendly, helpful rapport with residents
- Maintain the confidentiality and rights of all residents
