Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work well under pace and pressure
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Clear communication skills
- Desire to provide excellent hospitality and guest service
- Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to arrive and clock in on time for every shift
- Adherence to clock-in/out and break policies
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Physical ability to meet the job's demands such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, making repetitive motions, and lifting
- Must be able to perform essential functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, or a consumer-facing franchise preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests’ names to ensure they feel properly welcomed
- Work together with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Understand and use relevant technology for the role
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Always greet guests with a smile and by name while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists with 100% accuracy every shift
- Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform with nametag at all times
- Maintain clear, honest, and professional communication with team members
- Demonstrate willingness to stretch beyond traditional roles to meet business needs
- Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and tools on the work cart
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms during the shift
- Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned by supervisor
- Ensure all front and back of house areas are organized and clean
