Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
- Dependable and able to multitask
- Organized with a strong work ethic
- Prior experience in housekeeping or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff
- Ability to adhere to health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment
- Understanding of health and safety standards related to cleaning
Job Duties
- Clean resident and facility areas including scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other essentials
- Foster a welcoming environment by engaging respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Assist with setup and breakdown of rooms for special events or activities
- Follow all health and safety regulations and facility protocols
