Job Requirements
- No prior cleaning or maintenance experience required
- strong attention to detail and customer service focus
- ability to work as part of a team and independently
- comfortable using cleaning equipment and tools
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, vacant apartments, and shared amenities
- vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize floors, walls, appliances, and more
- report maintenance and repair needs to the Service Manager
- keep storage areas tidy and supplies stocked
- assist in preparing apartments for move-in
- support other maintenance staff with seasonal or special projects
- follow all safety protocols and company policies
