Job Duties
- General cleaning of entire Trailhead and Clubhouse
- Dust and wet mop floors
- Dusting
- Clean windows
- Monitor and report maintenance needs
- Regularly clean and stock locker rooms throughout all shifts
- Clean, organize and inventory linens when required
- General cleaning and maintaining Five Star quality of guest rooms
- Monitor condition of inventory and amenities in guest rooms
- Restock all guest items
- Report any maintenance requirements
- Maintain laundry, housekeeping storage and closets
- Clean, organize and stock laundry and linens
- Organize, clean and stock housekeeping supplies
- Organize and stock guest room supplies
- Maintain respectful, friendly and helpful attitude with guests, members, and visitors using guest names
- Assist with arrivals, departures and guest needs when necessary
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Work evenings, weekends and holidays with flexible scheduling
- Manage workflow in an organized and timely manner
- Handle multiple tasks effectively
- Incorporate safe work practices
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Adhere to professional standards and company values
- Support and follow CORE values and service fundamentals
