Job Requirements

- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Preferred experience working as a housekeeper in a resort or retirement community

Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of resident homes and community common areas
- Maintain a healthy and pleasant environment for residents and guests
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with residents
- Adhere to Touchmark’s values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, staff, and visitors
- Report maintenance needs or safety issues promptly
- Work flexible hours including occasional weekends and holidays
