Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments daily
- clean common areas and other assigned areas
- use microfiber mops, small wringers, dusters, and household-type vacuum cleaners
- maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- follow established cleaning procedures
- ensure high standards of sanitation and safety
- report maintenance issues promptly
