- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles
- knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred
- IHG brand hotels or hospitality experience is a plus
- knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices
- strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- good communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally
- ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management
- ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working condition
- collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction
- follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety regulations
- provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries
