Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work full-time
- Reliable and punctual
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties including lifting and standing for extended periods

- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization at all times
- Perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community
- Maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during housekeeping tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assignments
- Provide courteous and respectful service to residents and staff
