Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- ability to work without direct supervision
- positive and proactive attitude
- dedication to outstanding customer service
- physical ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend regularly during work
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
Job Qualifications
- Completion of two years of high school or equivalent
- positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
- knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- ability to work independently following verbal and written instructions
- strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
- perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain spotless guest rooms
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- assist with laundry and public area cleaning when necessary
