Job Requirements
- Availability to work full time Monday through Friday
- Willingness to work holidays and some weekends
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, and scrubbing
- Basic literacy and communication skills
- Commitment to uphold Cascade Living Group's mission and values
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Prior experience in housekeeping or environmental services is advantageous but not required

- Experience working with seniors and/or community-based care is preferred

Job Duties
- Cleans assigned resident apartments and common areas daily using dusting, dry mopping, wet mopping, sanitizing, scrubbing
- Washes and folds laundry, distributes clean linens and towels, maintains a stocked cleaning cart
- Demonstrates organizational skills and effective time management
- Makes significant contributions to the quality of life of residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency in cleaning
- Actively participates as a member of the environmental services team and works towards team goals
- Promotes the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living
- Maintains cleanliness and safety standards in all assigned areas
