Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- some experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- ability to handle cleaning supplies safely
- able to follow safety protocols
- good interpersonal skills
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications

- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to interact positively with residents
- knowledge of safe handling procedures for cleaning chemicals

Job Duties
- Perform basic cleaning of apartments
- clean public restrooms
- maintain cleanliness of common areas
- interact with residents in a friendly and meaningful manner
- handle hazardous cleaning supplies according to proper procedures and ensure accurate labeling
- work in a safe manner and report unsafe actions to the Executive Director
- foster teamwork with co-workers
- take initiatives beyond job responsibilities to assist others
- maintain positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors
