Job Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods

Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in resident apartments, common areas, and facility spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from resident apartments and common areas daily
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with supplies
- Follow proper cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to minimize the spread of germs and maintain a safe environment for residents and staff
- Occasionally perform laundry duties
- Provide excellent customer service to residents by respecting their privacy and accommodating their preferences
- Work closely with other housekeeping and maintenance staff to address facility needs and report any concerns, such as maintenance issues or safety hazards
