Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in hospitality service consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations
- Effective listening conflict resolution and communication skills
- Desire to serve all guests
- Willingness to work varied schedule including evenings nights weekends and holidays
- Punctuality and reliability with clock-in and clock-out procedures
- Ability to provide sufficient notice when calling out
- Physical ability to perform essential job functions including stooping climbing balancing kneeling crawling standing walking repetitive motions and lifting
- Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily
- Willingness to receive reasonable accommodations if needed

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use the guests' names whenever possible
- Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Have strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Understand relevant technology for the role
- Answer incoming calls with friendly service using approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized front and back of house
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet every guest happily with a smile while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time
- Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean approved uniform and be well-groomed wearing a nametag and smiling
- Communicate clearly honestly and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to go beyond the traditional role
- Commit to collaboration and creating a positive workplace
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and attending morning meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms as assigned
- Perform additional cleaning projects in storage, public spaces, laundry, and deep cleaning
- Follow job-related instructions and perform other duties as assigned
