Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
  • able to reach overhead and below knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • pass background and drug screening contingent on company policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent attention to detail
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols

Job Duties

  • Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
  • complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
  • replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
  • report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
  • fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies and chemicals, transport the cart to rooms, and return it to the designated area at the end of the shift
  • follow all company policies and procedures
  • report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and accidents
  • welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
  • interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests
  • contribute to team goals
  • always follow company policies and safety procedures
