Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- able to reach overhead and below knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 pounds without assistance
- pass background and drug screening contingent on company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent attention to detail
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies
- basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
Job Duties
- Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
- replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies and chemicals, transport the cart to rooms, and return it to the designated area at the end of the shift
- follow all company policies and procedures
- report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and accidents
- welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests
- contribute to team goals
- always follow company policies and safety procedures
