Job Requirements

- Must be 18 years or older
- Willing to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled time
- Clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Effectiveness in listening, clarifying, and resolving concerns
- Clear communication skills
- Desire to serve guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Adherence to punctuality and scheduling policies
- Ability to work well in high-pressure situations
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for housekeeping
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests’ names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work collaboratively to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Demonstrate phone etiquette by answering calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces, front and back of the house, clean and well-organized
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests by name and smile while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Prepare accurate shift handover reports for effective communication
- Maintain a clean, approved uniform, wear a nametag and be well-groomed
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Stretch beyond traditional role to meet business and guest needs
- Collaborate to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and attending meetings
- Clean and restock assigned guest rooms thoroughly
- Perform additional cleaning projects in storage, public spaces, guest laundry, and deep cleaning as assigned
