Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience preferred in hospitality, service, consumer-facing roles, or related fields
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well under pressure and in stressful situations
- Effective at listening, understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to serve guests with hospitality
- Must be willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled times
- Must clock in and out for breaks at designated schedule times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out from scheduled shifts
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
- Ability to work in a clean, organized environment while adhering to safety standards

- Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing roles preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to serve guests with hospitality and guest service focus
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use the guests’ names whenever possible to ensure they feel properly welcomed
- Work together with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using approved greetings
- Keep all workspaces, both front and back of house, clean and well-organized
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests with a smile and use their names while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed at all times
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to stretch beyond traditional roles
- Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and attending morning meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Perform additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public spaces, guest laundry, and deep cleaning activities as assigned
