Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out as scheduled
- Must clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shifts
- Must be able to handle stressful and high-pressure situations
- Must be able to lift and carry housekeeping items
- Ability to stoop, climb, balance, kneel, crawl, stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions
- Must be able to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must have effective listening and communication skills
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests’ names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcome
- Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, amenities, and events
- Answer calls with friendly service using approved greeting
- Keep all areas clean and well-organized, including guest rooms, public spaces, and workspaces
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet every guest happily while cleaning
- Ensure all operational checklists are completed with 100% accuracy
- Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear clean approved uniform and maintain professional appearance
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude by supporting various hotel needs
- Collaborate with team members to create welcoming environment
- Complete pre-cleaning duties such as stocking supplies and attending meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms
- Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned by supervisor
