Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to read write and communicate effectively in english
- knowledge of cleaning products equipment and chemical safety
- ability to safely lift push pull and carry up to 40 pounds routinely
- flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
- experience in housekeeping environmental services or custodial work
- familiarity with osha cleaning guidelines and infection control procedures

- familiarity with osha cleaning guidelines and infection control procedures
Job Duties
- clean resident apartments including bathrooms kitchens and living spaces
- dust vacuum mop and sanitize common areas offices and entryways
- clean carpets and hard-surface floors according to schedule
- empty trash from apartments bathrooms offices and common spaces
- clean patios courtyards sidewalks ashtrays and entryways to maintain a neat appearance
- disinfect frequently touched surfaces in compliance with infection control standards
- follow established daily weekly and monthly cleaning schedules for all areas of the community
- maintain cleanliness of courtyard furniture and outdoor community spaces
