Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to engage positively with senior residents
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Housekeeping or janitorial experience or willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization naturally
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services to residents by completing tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping in their apartment home
- Engage with residents to enhance their day
- Keep shared community spaces clean by removing trash, vacuuming, disinfecting
- Help stock housekeeping supplies in resident apartments
- Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the living environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning
- Follow health and safety guidelines and protocols
