Job Requirements
- be able to pass a background check
- have no prior cleaning experience required due to provided training
- be physically capable of standing and lifting up to 15 pounds
- commit to work Monday through Friday, 30 to 35 hours a week
- maintain punctuality and reliability
- demonstrate willingness to learn and follow instructions
- be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- be 18 years of age or older
- have a great attitude and be a team player
- take pride in your work
- be willing to learn cleaning techniques specific to the company
- be able to stand and perform light lifting for extended periods
- possess a driver’s license (preferred)
Job Duties
- work with a partner to clean different homes each day using the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- provide professional housecleaning services ensuring high quality in all tasks
- follow the company's cleaning procedures and standards meticulously
- maintain physical stamina to be on your feet all day with light lifting
- participate in training and continuous learning to improve skills
- collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours
