Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchises preferred
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to provide excellent hospitality and guest service
- Willingness to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Punctuality and reliability in clocking in and out as scheduled
- Ability to provide sufficient notice for call outs
- Physical capability to perform repeated stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting tasks associated with housekeeping duties
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related fields preferred
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to handle stressful, high-pressure situations well
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills

- Desire to serve all guests and provide excellent hospitality
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to arrive and clock in on time for every shift, and clock out as scheduled
- Ability to properly clock in and out for breaks
- Ability to provide sufficient notice when calling out of scheduled shifts
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together as a team to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Use relevant technology and answer calls with friendly, approved greetings
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests by name if possible while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Provide accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean, approved uniform with a nametag and smile at all times
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Have a positive, can-do attitude willing to go beyond traditional roles
- Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
- Stock room supplies and tools on work carts before cleaning
- Attend morning stand-up meetings
- Fold and assist with dirty linen in housekeeping laundry
- Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms assigned per shift
- Complete additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public areas, guest laundry, and deep cleaning as assigned
