Job Requirements
- Knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand during entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend as required
- Ability to occasionally lift 25 to 35 pounds
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

- Dedication to excellent customer service
- No previous cleaning experience necessary

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Assist with laundry and public area cleaning as needed
