Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- Lift, carry, push, pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow company policies and safety protocols
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lifting up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- Complete assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
- Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager, Supervisor, or Front Desk
- Fill the Housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies, transport the cart to the rooms, and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
