Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change beds and linens, ensure adequate linen supplies
- Provide deep cleaning of apartments focusing on entry areas, carpets, plants, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens in laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests to serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads
- Review menu, take orders, serve meals and desserts
- Return cart to kitchen and assist with storage of perishables, deliver trays if needed
- Bus and clear dishes, reset dining areas with proper sanitizing
- Complete side work including replenishing supplies and cleaning equipment
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
