Job Requirements
- Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
- must read and communicate in English
- capable of walking, standing, bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying 10 to 50 lbs consistently during an 8-hour shift
- positive attitude
- caring and smiling demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or janitorial experience beneficial
- good customer service skills
- ability to work well in a team
- effective communication in English
- physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- attention to detail
Job Duties
- Clean guest suites and maintain hygiene standards
- sanitize and prepare rooms for new arrivals
- respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
- perform all housekeeping department tasks to uphold hotel cleanliness
- assist in special projects to maintain hotel premises
- promote a positive and safe environment for guests and team members
- work collaboratively with housekeeping team
