Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Knowledge equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
- Ability to push vacuum cleaners, reach, stretch, and bend
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during work
- Willingness to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times
