Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior cleaning experience required
- Ability to attend and successfully complete training
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to punctuality and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services
- Willingness to learn and follow company cleaning methods
- Ability to be on feet most of the day with light lifting involved
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of homes using the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- Work with a partner to complete cleaning tasks efficiently
- Travel to different homes daily for cleaning assignments
- Adhere to company standards for quality and customer satisfaction
- Participate in the two-week training program and ongoing learning
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers
- Follow safety protocols and handle light lifting as needed
