Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to walk and stand for the length of the shift
- Capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- Ability to intermittently lift 25 to 35 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends potentially
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong commitment to customer service

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform comprehensive cleaning services of hotel rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide friendly and courteous service embodying the Service plus one attitude
