Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekend days
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Position subject to background and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
- Ability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Commitment to excellent guest service and teamwork
- Physical ability to perform required tasks safely
Job Duties
- Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
- Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- Fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with necessary supplies and chemicals, transport it to rooms, and return it to designated area at the end of the shift
- Follow all company policies and procedures and report maintenance problems, safety hazards, or accidents
- Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
