Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend as part of daily tasks
- Ability to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently throughout the workday
- Flexible to work weekends
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High school education or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Help with laundry or public space cleaning as needed
- Provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
- Work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays as required
