Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
  • Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
  • Replace guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
  • Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
  • Fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies and chemicals, transport it to the rooms, and return it to the designated area at the end of the shift
  • Follow all company policies and procedures including reporting maintenance problems, safety hazards, and accidents
  • Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • Contribute to team goals
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures
