Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- Lift, carry, push, and pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
- Replace guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- Fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies and chemicals, transport it to the rooms, and return it to the designated area at the end of the shift
- Follow all company policies and procedures including reporting maintenance problems, safety hazards, and accidents
- Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
