Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- physical capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- availability to work full-time and on-site at the Plano location
- must be able to wear a professional uniform consistently
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in housekeeping or related field is an advantage
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- excellent communication and guest service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, lifting, and carrying for extended periods
Job Duties
- clean guest rooms and public spaces to maintain high hygiene standards
- respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
- stock housekeeping carts and supply areas with necessary items
- ensure all assigned areas meet safety and quality standards
- adhere to company policies, including confidentiality and professional appearance
- assist with setup and breakdown of event or meeting spaces when needed
- report any maintenance or safety issues to management
