Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six months or more experience in housekeeping
- knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- basic knowledge of maintenance helpful
- sufficient physical strength and agility
- ability to work with diverse populations
- ability to use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
- ability to read and understand safety instructions
- good problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently
- strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Six months or more experience in housekeeping work
- knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- basic knowledge of maintenance
- ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds

- ability to read labels and MSDS information

Job Duties
- Sweep floors
- mop floors
- dust surfaces
- clean floors, carpets, walls, and windows
- clean vents, fans, tiled areas, showers, and restrooms
- empty trash receptacles
- maintain sidewalk and parking lot cleanliness
- restock soap and paper supplies
- perform all housekeeping duties
- report building problems
- maintain cleaning supplies inventory
- follow preventative maintenance and cleaning schedules
