Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- knowledge skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand throughout the entire work shift
- ability to push vacuum reach stretch and bend
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently throughout the workday
- availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- reliable and punctual
- ability to maintain cooperative relationships with all hotel departments

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- deliver friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- support laundry and public space cleaning as needed
