Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- requires knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- ability to occasionally lift 25 to 35 pounds
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- ability to work independently without direct supervision
- positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- dedication to providing excellent customer service
- ability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- must report to Executive Housekeeper or Assistant General Manager
- maintain cooperative working relationships with all hotel departments
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- provide courteous and friendly service with a Service plus 1 attitude
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for all team members and guests
