Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand for entire shifts
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend regularly
- ability to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently
- positive and proactive attitude
- strong customer service focus
- ability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- ability to maintain positive work relationships with all hotel departments

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional experiences for diverse team members and guests
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested
- deliver friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- assist with laundry and public area cleaning as needed
