- Maintain cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, and restrooms
- assist with furniture placement in the common areas and individual units
- clean exterior of the building, including exterior trash cans
- rotate waste cans daily
- remove snow from each entrance as necessary
- clean individual units as needed
