Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years experience in commercial cleaning
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, talk, and listen frequently
- Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly
- Ability to operate housekeeping tools and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work second shift hours from 2:00pm to 10:30pm
- Willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends
- Ability to use email for communication
Job Qualifications
- Two years experience in commercial cleaning
- Experience in medical office, conference center, or educational facilities
- Ability to use email system for organizational communication
- Ability to use calendar and scheduling systems preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Spanish language skills a plus
Job Duties
- Provide routine scheduled cleaning services
- Sweep and mop exam rooms, labs, procedure and ultrasound rooms nightly
- Vacuum, mop, sweep, dust, clean restrooms, and perform carpet cleaning
- Inventory and stock supply closets from MAHEC supplies, inform supervisor when supplies need ordering
- Provide backup for other housekeeping staff as assigned, including occasional overtime and weekend work
- Set up classrooms as requested
- Change batteries and perform light maintenance as needed
